The 2024 Wagoneer: Unleashing the Adventure

One of the most impressive features of the base Wagoneer models is the 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged I6 powertrain with engine start-stop technology that reduces the fuel consumption of the vehicle. This powertrain boasts an output of 420 horsepower and 486 lb-ft of torque, making it one of the most powerful SUV engines on the road today. 

The Wagoneer powertrain is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission that optimizes the switch between gear ratios to manage the torque and acceleration of the vehicle. The transmission has built-in Electronic Range Select, which allows drivers to turn on the TOW/HAUL mode when the SUV is pulling a trailering weight. This model is available with a 4×4 or 4×2 drivetrain and has an L variant for an extra-long wheelbase.
